Curtis Management is now Keystone Carlsbad, and with that transition comes many changes, which you can read about in our Transition FAQ.
One of the major changes is the addition of the Keystone Connection portal and app.
THE KEYSTONE CONNECTION
The Keystone Connection lets you access your account balance and payment history, check the community calendar, schedule a payment or setup autopay, download documents and forms, and receive email and newsletters from Quail Ridge.

Proof of Insurance for Lenders
Whether you're applying for a first or second mortgage or you're simply refinancing, your lender will likely require you to provide them with the Quail Ridge Certificate of Liability Insurance. This document certifies that coverage exists, identifies the insurance companies supplying the coverage, and lists the covered areas and amounts.
