you need a vehicle towed,
the new law requires that you must sign a release with the towing
company authorizing the tow.

PRECAUTIONS
If you temporarily parked in a NO PARKING or
RED LINE zone
(for example you are unloading some packages), please turn on the auto
flashing lights. The Towing Company will NOT tow if they see your flashing
lights on.
As a reminder, parking in a RED ZONE or NO PARKING
area is considered illegal.

For those homeowners currently in default on your mortgage payments,
our condolences go out to you and the many others in this situation.
It is a very painful situation to deal with and there is an
agency
called the “Hope Alliance” that was
recently formed to possibly assist you in dealing with the
problem.

Parking….
The parking spaces marked “Guest parking” are for
“Guests” only. Home Owners are not
allowed to park in
these spaces. We want you to be aware that you will be
towed. We will start enforcing this. Please don't
let this
happen to you as it is a costly expense.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
CHANGES
The
Board of
Directors recently passed a motion to return the clubhouse rental fees
back to $50.00 effective March 1st which is due at
the time of application.
The facility can
hold up to 80 people for
weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, etc., etc. So, start planning
your parties!
YOU

deposit is due no later than
ten (10) days before your scheduled event.
Any
cancellations less than 5 days before your event is non-refundable.
Reservations
are on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to reserve early!

CONSERVATION
TIPS……..
When
using the home furnace, lower the thermostat 3 degrees to 5 degrees
(health permitting) and turn it off when not at home. This
can help save up to 20 percent on heating costs.
Use an extra blanket and turn down the furnace thermostat at night as
the weather turns cooler.
Use cold or cool water when washing clothes to save up to 20 percent on
hot-water costs.
Run the dishwasher only when full.
COMMON
POOL AREAS
If you use the Common Area Pools....Please make sure you close the
Gates while in use instead fo propping them to keep the gates open. We
have many small children who may walk in unnoticed.
CLUBHOUSE
PARKING.....
Please note that parking in the "CLUBHOUSE ONLY" parking spaces IS
permitted between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM ONLY.
Parking in the "MANAGEMENT ONLY" parking space IS NOT PERMITTED at any time unless
it is
authorized by management or a board member. If you are parked
in
the "Clubhouse Only" space during the day and there is no scheduled
event, you will be subject to tow.
