 The community of Quail Ridge Condominiums WELCOMES you. We are located in the sunny, coastal southern California city of Oceanside.  Quail Ridge offers panoramic views of the valley, historic San Luis Rey Mission, and glimpses to the ocean just four short miles away. Easy access to Highway  78, Interstate 5, and Scenic 76 make for short commute times .
 All schools are short distances away.
The community of Quail Ridge  consists of over 300+ condominiums, with access to two heated pools, jacuzzis, changing rooms/bathrooms, a clubhouse for community meetings and personal entertainment, and a walking trail located in the greenbelt  between model phases on the ridge.

MORE CONSERVATION TIPS...

WATER CRISIS…..

California has recently implemented the
largest court-ordered reduction in California History.
A Federal Judge ordered a massive reduction in
water supplies in several valleys to protect our supply.
This is serious folks. 
Please be aware of running water unnecessarily. 
We may eventually be put on mandatory water rations.
To prevent this, here’s some water saving suggestions:

  • When taking a shower,

turn on the water for rinsing only and shut it off while soaping up. 

  • Don't run the water while brushing your teeth or shaving.
  • Make sure you have full loads when running your

dishwasher or washing machine.

  • Take your car to a car wash that uses recycled water. 

WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE THIS PRECIOUS RESOURCE.

You can reserve the clubhouse  for $50.00 for birthday parties, anniversary celebrations or maybe a bridal or baby shower you're having.

   Remember--you must be current with your HOA fees in order to rent the clubhouse.

Please note that parking in the "CLUBHOUSE ONLY" parking spaces IS permitted between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM ONLY.  Parking in the "MANAGEMENT ONLY" parking space IS NOT PERMITTED at any time unless it is authorized by management or a board member.  If you are parked in the "Clubhouse Only" space during the day and there is no scheduled event, you will be subject to tow.

-select the "ONLINE SERVICES" link,
-then the "VIEW MY HOA ACCOUNT BALANCE"
-enter your ACCOUNT # as shown on the upper right hand corner of your ASSOCIATION DUES STATEMENT  (include all dashes) and your PASSWORD (shown directly below your account number).
